Join The Tierrasanta Village Movement
New members are welcome!
If you're 50+ years of age, live in Tierrasanta, and are interested in learning more about the Tierrasanta Village Movement, we encourage you to do the following:
- Call our Front Desk Administrator who will answer any questions you may have.
- Attend one of our Informational Happy Hours held on the third Wednesday of each month. You can register for this event through the Village Activities Calendar.
- Attend one of our Member Meetings, held on the first Monday of the month from 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church. You can register for this event through the Village Activities Calendar.
It is recommended that you attend multiple events before joining the Village. We want to make sure you learn all you need to know about TVSD before becoming a member.

Annual Membership Fees (NON-REFUNDABLE):
Memberships are good for one year from the month you join.
Individual: $365
Household: $495
Alumnus Individual: $100
Alumnus Household: $125
Alumnus Qualifications:
- Former TVSD Member in good standing for at least one year
- Have moved out of the Tierrasanta area
Snowbird Individual: $185
Snowbird Household: $250
Snowbird Qualifications:
- Reside at an alternate residence for 6 months out of each calendar year
